A beautiful house with bright painted walls and lavish furniture. Located in South Mumbai, this house is a perfect place for intimate parties of all kinds. It has a miniature bar with a decent collection of wines. The kitchen has a microwave, tea-maker and a refrigerator for convenience. There is no one to cook food here. So, you have to order your food from outside.

The house has a huge balcony on the first floor which overlooks the busy road and a lot of roadside trees. We had a good time at this house last month. We pulled out a sofa and some chairs to the balcony, and spent hours talking to each other over drinks. Delicious finger foods served on regular intervals added spice to the party. It was a fantastic experience.

Location-wise this is the best house you can find in location. It is accessible from all directions. And the fabulous house provides the perfect ambience for a wild party with friends. There is no outside disturbance. Privacy and safety of guests is 100% assured. Had a fantastic pre-Diwali party here with friends. And everything went as per plans. I would recommend this place to everyone who loves to party.

It's a massive house with big rooms, wide terrace and a large balcony. The good thing is that the entire house is clean and properly maintained. Bathrooms are spacious with modern western fittings. Food is in-house only with breakfast included in the package. Music system is provided free-of-cost for a cheery party night. Ideal for intimate private parties with small groups of friends.

The bedrooms are cozy here with smart interior and large beds. The white marble floors in the house look stunning. We absolutely loved this place. Would return again whenever we plan a party in future.

The bedrooms and the bathrooms in this house are so exotic that they would remind you of star-category hotels. I was here on a casual weekend party and trust me, I was surprised. The entire house was so well-maintained and the service was so good that we enjoyed every moment we spent here. I have become a big fan of this property.
