A beautiful house with bright painted walls and lavish furniture. Located in Ballygunge, this house is a perfect place for intimate parties of all kinds. It has a miniature bar with a decent collection of wines. The kitchen has a microwave, tea-maker and a refrigerator for convenience. There is no one to cook food here. So, you have to order your food from outside.

The house has a huge balcony on the first floor which overlooks the busy road and a lot of roadside trees. We had a good time at this house last month. We pulled out a sofa and some chairs to the balcony, and spent hours talking to each other over drinks. Delicious finger foods served on regular intervals added spice to the party. It was a fantastic experience.

The house is really big. Especially, the lobby area. It has a large flat-screen TV hanging on a wall. And there is enough space for fifteen to twenty people to dance together. The plush sofa sets perfectly match the elegance of this fabulous house. Highly recommended for wild private parties.

The best thing about this house is the homely feeling it offers to its guests. Located in a peaceful residential area, the house provides with comfort and fun in a perfectly luxurious setting. Food served here is delicious and taste like home. Outside food is allowed. There is no restriction to partying inside the house.

One of my friends threw his marriage after party here specially for few close office colleagues. And it was a good choice indeed. The house was lavish to say the least with spacious bedrooms, a large lobby and neat and clean bathrooms. The property is well-maintained. Really good place to party.
