The biggest advantage this house has is its location. We had five colleagues from the same office including me and two mutual friends joining us for the party. And we had no problem finding and reaching the house. Both check-in and check-out were smooth with no hassle whatsoever. The caretaker of the house was very cooperative and attentive and took care of everything we needed. We had a very good experience staying and partying at this house.

The entire house has a white and brown colour tone that makes it look very elegant. The wooden furniture and the curtains are of premium quality. All the bedrooms are fitted with flat-screen televisions. And the home-theatre system in the lobby is just too good for an in-house party. Great place to enjoy with friends.

Located centrally, this house is just a two minutes' walk away from the nearest metro station. The bathrooms are an indulgence here with complete steam shower units and pricey western sanitary ware. Right from comfortable beds to modern electronic gazettes, it has everything you need for a great time together. The small kitchen is fully equipped with full sets of crockeries and cutleries in case you need them. There is a refrigerator as well where you can store the liquor. Overall, a good place to plan intimate private parties.

We loved the wallpapers, the sofa sets and the furnishing of the house. Everything inside the house was so well-maintained. The beds were super comfortable and clean. Towels in the bathrooms and the blankets were clean as well. The small kitchen was fully equipped with heating and cooling appliances. I would recommend this place to everyone.

It is hard to believe that such a luxurious house can be booked at such affordable rates. The quality of stay at this house can be compared to a star hotel. Bedrooms are spacious here with comfortable beds and the glossy bathrooms are fitted with plush sanitary fittings. The kitchen has all the necessary electrical appliances one needs like a microwave, a refrigerator and a gas oven. Fully worth the money paid. Recommended.
