The house has a huge balcony on the first floor which overlooks the busy road and a lot of roadside trees. We had a good time at this house last month. We pulled out a sofa and some chairs to the balcony, and spent hours talking to each other over drinks. Delicious finger foods served on regular intervals added spice to the party. It was a fantastic experience.

Get unlimited fun and entertainment with music, booze and a game of snooker at this lavish ultra-modern house. Located centrally, this house is just a two minutes' walk away from the nearest metro station. The bathrooms are an indulgence here with complete steam shower units and pricey western sanitary ware. Great place to party for the luxury lovers.

No restriction of any kind on partying at this house. We had a full blast on Diwali eve with colleagues till around 3 am. And we woke up pretty late next morning beyond the checkout time. But no one disturbed us. The manager didn't charge us anything extra for the extra time. Great gesture. We would definitely come back.

The best place in Delhi for house party and very couple friendly. Located in a stone's throw distance from the nearby metro station. Good place to chill out, party and have fun.

We loved the balcony more than anything else in the house. It had a lounge bar like setup there with artificial grass on the floor, high chairs and fairy lights. We spent the entire evening out there drinking, chilling and having fun. The house was adjacent to a very busy and noisy road. So, creating lots of noise sitting in the balcony was not a problem at all. Great place to party.

It is hard to believe that such a luxurious house can be booked at such affordable rates. The quality of stay at this house can be compared to a star hotel. Bedrooms are spacious here with comfortable beds and the glossy bathrooms are fitted with plush sanitary fittings. The kitchen has all the necessary electrical appliances one needs like a microwave, a refrigerator and a gas oven. Fully worth the money paid. Recommended.
