Location wise this house is the best. It is easily traceable through Google Maps and accessible from all sides. Metro and bus stop are within two minutes of walking distance. One of my friends threw a get-together party here after his promotion and I had no problem finding this house on my way back from office. The house provides all modern amenities like TV, fridge, microwave and free wi-fi. Overall, a very good place for indoor house party.

You'd forget about partying anywhere else once you take a look at the huge terrace or the spacious balcony here. The caretaker of the house is really helpful. He'd arrange for mattresses and pillows on the terrace. We had a school friends' reunion here and the rooftop terrace served as the perfect place for that. We chatted for hours, danced to loud music and fell asleep there as well. Lovely house for party. Would definitely come back.

The house is really big. Especially, the lobby area. It has a large flat-screen TV hanging on a wall. And there is enough space for fifteen to twenty people to dance together. The plush sofa sets perfectly match the elegance of this fabulous house. Highly recommended for wild private parties.

There is no outside disturbance. Privacy and safety of guests is 100% assured. Had a fantastic pre-Diwali party here with friends. And everything went as per plans. The sofa sets and the other wooden furniture look like collector's items nicely complemented by white tiled-flooring and white walls, creating a pretty visual experience.
