The biggest advantage this house has is its location. We had five colleagues from the same office including me and two mutual friends joining us for the party. And we had no problem finding and reaching the house. Both check-in and check-out were smooth with no hassle whatsoever. The caretaker of the house was very cooperative and attentive and took care of everything we needed. We had a very good experience staying and partying at this house.

Plan your party at this house and you'd never regret your decision. It's a pretty house with a small garden at the back in the busiest commercial area of Delhi. It has rooms with comfortable king-size beds. Mattresses can be arranged for additional guests at a nominal rate. From accessories to books to electronic items and gazettes, the house has everything one needs for a relaxing stay.

A renowned client of mine had invited me for a very private party here with a group of few selected people. And what an elegant experience it was. The house is very well-maintained with well-managed customer service. The bedrooms have large windows. There is provision for hot and cold water in the bathrooms. The kitchen has all the latest electronic appliances including a microwave, an induction oven and a tea maker for a late night self-service. Good place for private parties.
