A beautiful house with bright painted walls and lavish furniture. Located in Egmore, this house is a perfect place for intimate parties of all kinds. It has a miniature bar with a decent collection of wines. The kitchen has a microwave, tea-maker and a refrigerator for convenience. There is no one to cook food here. So, you have to order your food from outside.

The house has a huge balcony on the first floor which overlooks the busy road and a lot of roadside trees. We had a good time at this house last month. We pulled out a sofa and some chairs to the balcony, and spent hours talking to each other over drinks. Delicious finger foods served on regular intervals added spice to the party. It was a fantastic experience.

Party hard and sleep better at this cozy little house in the heart of Delhi. I have stayed in this house thrice on different occasions, and my experience has been equally good every time. The house is lavishly decorated and furnished with comfortable beds and luxury sofa sets. The lobby area is spacious enough for partying with a group of friends. There is a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and crockery items that you can use if you want. Breakfast is included in the package. So, you can relax and take your time to get up in the morning after partying till late night.

No restriction of any kind on partying at this house. We had a full blast on Diwali eve with colleagues till around 3 am. And we woke up pretty late next morning beyond the checkout time. But no one disturbed us. The manager didn't charge us anything extra for the extra time. Great gesture. We would definitely come back.

Right from comfortable beds to modern electronic gazettes, it has everything you need for a great time together. The small kitchen is fully equipped with full sets of crockeries and cutleries in case you need them. There is a refrigerator as well where you can store the liquor. Overall, a good place to plan intimate private parties.
