The house is quite big and is spacious enough for partying with ten to fifteen friends. It has all the arrangements for a rocking private party like music system, a mini bar-like area with round table and high chairs and a huge lobby that can be used as a dance floor. Food and drinks can be arranged in-house subject to prior information. Overall, a very good place to enjoy a night out with friends or colleagues.

The house is ideal for intimate parties with close friends. It provides the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. You can get a variety of mouth-watering finger foods and finger-licking accompaniments in-house. But for dinner, you have to inform the house-owner well ahead. It's a quality place to spend quality time with friends.

We loved the balcony more than anything else in the house. It had a lounge bar like setup there with artificial grass on the floor, high chairs and fairy lights. We spent the entire evening out there drinking, chilling and having fun. The house was adjacent to a very busy and noisy road. So, creating lots of noise sitting in the balcony was not a problem at all. Great place to party.

The spacious balcony on the first floor provides a good view of the entire locality. There are a lot of big trees surrounding the house. We were eight friends and we chilled in the balcony till we don't know when. The pakodas and other delicious starters served to us were too good. We carried the drinks from outside. We had a great time partying at this house.
